Multiple microperforator

The classic cold unit is equipped with one roller holding needles that perforates the material turning against a counterroller, while in the multiple microperforating unit it is possible to install from two to six cylinders holding needles, each one with a particular layout of needles. By a simple drive it is possible to choose the roller that will perforate the material. Thanks to the rotation of the group of cylinders holding needles, the roller selected will be positioned against the counterroller on which the film will bedrawn in. The roller holding needles in the working position willalways have the transmission synchronized with the counterroller.The other cylinders will remain in idle run. On the shoulder of themachine it is affixed a plate on which it is possible to write notesas the name of the client or the order number, correspondingto the number of the respective roller holding needles. By themultiple microperforating unit the change of the layout of needlesbecomes an extremely rapid, simply and safe operation. Therapidity of the operation reduces at most the machine stops andit is avoided the manual contact with the needles so that theaccident risks are cancelled.
