Application and technical characteristics
The AGV roller is suitable for several employments because the change of deflection allows to adapt to the frequent variations of work (ex. To increase or reduce the number of cuttings, to change the material to spread or to change thickness of basis weight of the material). Our technical department will suggest you the suitable diameter of the roller depending on your special application. The AGV spreader roller is made of a series of steel small blocks. They are linked to each other internally. The covering of these blocks can be ground, Chromum plated, Chromum plate with special surface treatments (ex: antiadehesive).

Operation
The roller is fixed to the machine frames by supports.
The handwheel on the supports regulates the incidence of the material on the roller. The regulation of the deflection can be mechanical or hydraulic. The change of deflection and incidence can be also made during the work.
