Application
SG curved spreader rollers are suitable for preventing the formation of creases and for removing them when treating plastic films, fabrics, plasticcoated fabrics and paper.
They are particularly suitable for splitting the film after blade cutting assuring an excellent winding without overlaying. High quality components and materials assure a very long life.
Very high rotary capacity in proportion to the different kind of application.

Covering and technical characteristics
The standard covering is made of polyurethane. Upon request we can supply coverings which can resist at specific chemical concentrations, high temperatures and wet materials.
The particular structure in rubber-coated sectors of 50 mm arranged to rotate individually ensures excellent smoothness for materials with little thickness.
The maximum rotary speed of a curved roller depends on its diameter, its shaft dimension and the distance between its end supports.
Our technical department will suggest you the suitable covering and diameter of the roller depending on your special application.

Operation
Normally SG spreader rollers run idle and are pulled by the film running. The roller is fixed to the machine frames by supports. The handwheel on the supports regulates the incidence of the material on the roller.
