Pneumatic cold microperforating unit MF2/MF3/MF4/MF5

The cold microperforating unit is particularly suitable for thermoshrinking films, for low density polyethylene and for plastic films and paper in general. It can be easily installed on extrusion lines, printing machines, welders, rewinders and any other plastic film treatment machine. The pneumatic cold microperforating unit main characteristics are as follows:

• pneumatic opening and closing of the microperforating roller
  
• rubber-coated counterroller (with grooves on its body circle matching the passage of the pins) or brush counterroller
  
• protection hood to avoid any accidental contact with the pins
  
• the pins are in hardened steel and we can offer a wide range of diameters (ø 0.8, 1.08, 1.22, 1.42, 1.80, 2.35 mm.)
